10 Little Things that Lead to a Happier, Healthier You

I have teamed up with
Twitter Moms
and
Tropicana Juicy Rewards
to share 10 little things that lead to a happier, healthier you. This is my list, please share your ideas as well.
1) Find a way to de-stress every evening. We all know that there is stress throughout the day almost every day so we all need a way to unwind and de-stress. I like to read a book. This helps me to settle down.
2) Take a walk. It is a good way to unwind and it is good exercise as well.
3) Take time out to talk to your family. Letting your children know that they can come to you and talk will keep them at home more and off the streets and when they are home you know they are safe; therefore, you are happier and healthier.
4) Go to church. Having a group of people that gather together that can pray for you, worship with you, and fellowship with you helps you to feel comfortable about having a problem. It is always easier to handle a situation when you know there is someone else that will help to carry the burden with you.
5) Take time out each week with your family. Either have a date night each week with just you and your spouse, or make a family night out. Family is always important and having a close family makes us happier and being happy always makes us healthier.
6) Find some "me" time. Sometimes it may help to go out somewhere before going home from work just to have a few minutes to yourself.
7) Don't smoke!!! If you have never started DON'T and if you have started STOP. You will be a lot happier when you have more money in your pocket each month and in the long run you will be a whole lot healthier.
8) Don't drink!! Especially the nasty get drunk kind of drinking.
9) Start eating healthier. When we eat a bunch of junk food we tend to feel bad so eating healthier, even just a little better than we do now, will help us to feel better.
10)And the last little tip I can offer is going to be a short, sweet and to the point tip and it is...Have Sex with your spouse!!!

  1. Email marketing seems easier for some folks. But it is rewarding only when carried out in the most proffessional. So I would advise you to find a good email marketing program that can help you in your email marketing campaign right from a scratch(with a clean slate).
